Coast House is a newly refurbished victorian townhouse, situated on Tregenna Terrace with ample parking nearby, offering very comfortable accommodation all year round. Our guest house and holiday let are situated on the seaward side of St. Ives, offering arguably the most magnificent views across the town and harbour, the open Ocean, with breathtaking coastal scenery and beyond.
Coast House is a non smoking guest house, offering 4 B&B rooms. We have two doubles, a family room and a superking suite. A variety of breakfast options are available each day using the best local produce, including fresh fruit, a choice of cereals, fruit juice, full English, or local smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
